RETURN POLICY

happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund,
store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked
within three (3) days of the delivery date. All returned items must
be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
CANCEL ORDER
If you change your mind after placing an
order, the cancelation is available till the product is marked as “processed”,
the customer can easily check it …
Or after the order is
Received and is Defective or any other Issue found then you can return the
Order within 3 Days…

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer
service at sarenasarees@gmail.com to know the further process of
returning the order. The Mail should consist of product name, order id., reason
for return and the date on which the order was placed.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting
the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to
process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing Days
cycles to appear on your Bank, credit card statement, depending on your Payment
Method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
